摘　　要： 党的十八届三中全会做出了大力发展混合所有制经济的决策,得到了社会各界的高度关注和热议,但是大多数的讨论都是从国有资本的角度出发,而对民营资本的参与缺乏关注,这非常不利于混合所有制经济的顺利推进。文章从民营资本的参与角度出发,先后分别讨论民营资本参与混合所有制企业的意愿、主要的顾虑,并在此基础上提出相关的对策建议,以期对混合所有制经济的发展有所助益。 The Third Plenary Session of the CCP＇s eighteen committee made the decision to develop Mixed Ownership Economy,which attracted broad national attention and hot debate. However,most of the discussions are focusing on the state-owned capital while the participation of private capital was ob- viously neglected and that would harm the smooth progress of the Mixed Ownership Economy. In order to amend that, this article respectively discuss the will of private capital to participate in Mixed Owner- ship Enterprises and their main hesitation as well. Finally, we put forward relevant suggestions,in order to benefit the development of Mixed Ownership Economy.
