摘　　要： 阐述了"一带一路"背景下,以生产建筑铝型材为主的经济型铝挤压机研发与制造优势。设计过程采用标准化和模块化,应用多种商业化计算机辅助软件,缩短了研发周期,降低了研发成本和风险;制造过程严格按照设计图纸、施工规范和相关标准执行,采用专用高效设备,使铝挤压机具备最佳功能和效益。通过分析铝挤压机各功能组成,确定铝挤压机的经济性主要体现为投资成本低,功能实用,运行高效和可靠性高。 It was described the development and manufacturing advantages of economical aluminum extrusion press, which was mainly used for constructive aluminum profiles producing under the Belt and Road Initia- tives. The design process can shorten developing period, reduce cost and risk by using standardization, mod- ularization, and various commercial computer aided software. The manufacturing process was carry out by strictly following design paper, construction specification and relevant standard, and based on special efficient equipment, in order to ensure optimal function and benefit of aluminum extrusion press. Through analyzing the function components of aluminum extrusion press, it was proposed that the economy of aluminum extru- sion press mainly embody low investment cost, practical function, efficient operation, and high reliability.
