摘　　要： 国家助学金政策是我国实行的"奖、贷、补、助、减"学生资助制度中的一种.以山西省师范院校为研究对象,通过问卷调查和数据分析,真实反映出山西省师范院校国家助学金政策实施的客观情况,着重反映了山西省师范学院学生对国家助学金政策的满意度,从政府、高校和学生的角度对国家助学金政策的实施提出了相应的完善建议. The national student grant policy is one of policies in the student financial aid system of ＂award,loan,fill,aid,reduction＂. To take the normal colleges and universities in Shanxi province as the research subjects. Through questionnaires and data analysis, the objective implementation conditions of the national student grant policy among normal colleges of Shanxi province were truly reflected. It focused on reflecting students＇ sarisfaction degree of the national student grant policy of Shanxi and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions on the implementation of the policy ftom the perspectives of the government ,colleges and universities and students.
