摘　　要： 计算机在现代教育的作用越来越大、用途越来越广.计算机实验室是学校提供计算机公共教学资源的重要场所,计算机的可用率直接影响教学活动的正常开展.针对传统故障报修流程复杂维修周期长的问题,文章提出设计一款基于B/S&APP访问模式的"实验室计算机故障报修系统"来指导教师或学生快速处理一些计算机运行的常识问题或简单故障并能方便快捷地向实验员报告故障症状.实践表明采用"实验室计算机故障报修系统"后实验室计算机的可用率有了很大提高,同时实验员维修工作量也显著降低,系统具有很好的应用和推广价值. Computers are playing a more and more important role in modern education. The computer laboratory is an important place for the school to provide the public teaching resources of the computer. For the purpose of reduce the problem of complex maintenance cycle of traditional fault repair process. This paper presents the design of a B/S;APP access mode based on ＂laboratory computer fault repair system＂ to guide teachers or students fast processing computer operation sense or simple fault and can easily report fault symptoms to the laboratory technician. Practice shows that the availability of the ＂fault repair system＂ computer laboratory computer laboratory has been greatly improved, and the laboratory maintenance workload also significantly reduced, the system has good application and popularization value.
