摘　　要： 在英语世界中,natural right既表达自然权利,也表示自然正当。通过考察启蒙思想家对拉丁语ius和lex的使用情况,可以清楚地发现语词背后的人的地位的转变。这一转变带来了自然权利概念的演进,从自然法到上帝意志,再到人的道德主体性,自然权利获得了新的内涵,并最终形成了人权概念。 In English, ＂natural right＂ denotes not only ＂rights＂, but ＂correctness＂ as well. By Lg the Latin words of ＇ius＇ and ＇lex＇ used by f man＇s status hidden behind the words. This discussin change o ＂natural acquired rights＂ from natural law to God＇s new meanings and led finally to a the Enlightenment thinkers, we can find the change led to the evolution of the concept of will, and back to man as moral subject.
