摘 要: 叶绿素含量是植物生长的重要指标。为了快速、无损地测定香樟树叶片中叶绿素含量分布情况,本研究基于数码相机和Field Spec 4便携式地物光谱仪2种不同传感器,对比分析了颜色参数和光谱与SPAD值的关系,分别建立了多种定量预测模型,并且借助图像处理软件,实现了基于数码影像香樟树叶片SPAD值的可视化。结果表明:红光和R720波段分别是数码相机和光谱仪对SPAD值最敏感的波段;光谱指数可以提高光谱与SPAD值的相关性,而且以红光和蓝光波段组合的差值指数(R-B和DI)相关性水平最高;R-B所建香樟树叶片SPAD值预测模型的均方根误差RMSE为3.9736,预测精度R^2为0.6197;而DI构建的模型对SPAD值的预测能力比R-B高,其均方根误差为2.002,且精度最高(R^2=0.7338)。基于数码影像的香樟树叶片SPAD值分布图在一定程度上可以有效描述叶片叶绿素分布状况,进而判断香樟树的生长情况。因此,可以利用数码相机的颜色参数监测香樟树叶片叶绿素含量及分布状况。 Chlorophyll content is an important indicator of plant growth. This study was to realize the SPAD of visualization and the distribution of the chlorophyll content between color parameters,spectrum and SPAD which depended on multiple quantitative prediction models and image processing software. Comparison and analysis for the fast and nondestructive determination estimation of color parameters,spectrum contents and SPAD were completed through using digital camera and Field Spec 4 portable ground object spectrometer.Results show that the red wavelength region and the far-red wavelength region at 720 nm are the most sensitive bands for the SPAD of the digital camera and spectrometer. The spectral index can improve the correlation between the spectra and SPAD and the highest level of correlation is the difference in combination of red and blue wavelengths index( R-B and DI). R-B built camphor leaf SPAD prediction model of RMSE is 3. 9736,accuracy R2 of 0. 6197,and DI model on SPAD of predictive ability is higher than R-B,the RMSE is 2. 002,and the highest accuracy is( R2= 0. 7338). To some extent,using camphor leaf SPAD distribution based on digital imaging can effectively describe the leaves chlorophyll,distribution and then judge the growth of the camphor tree. So,the color parameters of the digital camera can monitor the chlorophyll content and distribution of camphor tree leaves.
