摘　　要： 国际社会所面临的恐怖活动犯罪日趋严重,对国家安全、社会稳定及公民人身财产安全都造成了极大的威胁。我国刑法第一百二十条对恐怖活动犯罪做出了修改,但仍存在法律漏洞。通过对相关刑事法的解析,本文提出了立法建议。 The terrorist activities committed by the international community are becoming increasingly serious,which pose a great threat to national security,social stability and the safety of citizens ＇ personal and property rights. 120 th of the criminal law in China have made amendments to terrorist activities,but there are still loopholes in the law. Through the analysis of relevant criminal law,this article puts forward legislative proposals.
