摘　　要： 目的:分析传统疝修补术患者围手术期行优质护理干预的效果,以更好地改善患者的生活质量。方法:选择我院2015年1月~2016年8月收治行传统疝修补术治疗的40例患者作为研究对象,随机分为采取常规护理干预的对照组以及采取优质护理干预的实验组(n=20)。对比两组传统疝修补术患者的临床护理效果、围术期各项观察指标以及术后并发症发生率。结果:实验组患者护理满意度为95%,高于对照组患者的70%(P<0.05)。对比两组传统疝修补术患者围术期观察指标以及术后并发症问题,实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:传统疝修补术患者行围术期优质护理干预,可以提高患者的护理满意度,并改善患者围术期各项观察指标,符合患者需求。 Objective：To analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention in perioperative patients with traditional hernia repair,and to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods：Forty patients with traditional hernia repair in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research object and divided into the control group received routine nursing intervention,the experimental group adopted high quality nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effect,perioperative observation and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results：The satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was 95%,which was higher than that of the control group by 70%（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the observation indexes and postoperative complications of the experimental group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Perioperative nursing care of patients with traditional hernia repair can improve the satisfaction degree of patients with nursing,and improve the observation indexes of patients during perioperative period,which can meet the needs of patients.
