摘　　要： 目的:研究左旋甲状腺素治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的临床效果。方法:选取2014年5月至2016年5月在我院治疗的63例亚临床甲状腺功能减退症病人,以左旋甲状腺素治疗,25μg·d^(-1),疗程6个月。分别于治疗前、后,检测血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、促甲状腺素、血总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白水平。结果:治疗后的三碘甲状腺原氨酸和游离甲状腺素明显高于治疗前,而治疗后的促甲状腺素明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。血总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白治疗前、后差别显著,治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。高密度脂蛋白治疗前后差别没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左旋甲状腺激素治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退症,能够恢复其甲状腺功能,纠正脂质代谢紊乱,具有较好的临床效果。 Objective：To study the clinical effect of levothyroxine on 126 cases of subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods：Sixtythree patients with subclinical hypothyroidism from May,2014 to May,2016 treated in our hospital were involved in the present study.The patients were treated with levothyroxine（25 μg·d^（-1） for 6months）.The free triiodothyronine,free thyroxine,thyrotropin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein were measured before and after treatment.Results：The free triiodothyronine and free thyroxine after treatment were higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.The thyrotropin after treatment was lower than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.The total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein after treatment were lower than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Levothyroxine is effective to treat subclinical hypothyroidism,which can recover the thyroid function and correct the disorder of lipid metabolism in subclinical hypothyroidism.
