摘　　要： 目的:比较胰岛素泵与胰岛素皮下注射对糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2013年1月至2016年7月期间收治的200例糖尿病患者,随机分为研究组与对照组(n=100),研究组采用胰岛素泵进行治疗,对照组采用胰岛素皮下注射的方式进行治疗。治疗2w后,分析两组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖降低情况与糖尿病病情控制率。结果:治疗后,研究组的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖降低情况高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的糖尿病病情控制率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵在糖尿病患者血糖控制方面优于胰岛素皮下注射。 Objective：To compare the clinical effects of insulin pump and subcutaneous insulin infection on the treatment of patients with diabetes.Methods：Two hundreds cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2013 were selected and randomly divided into research group and the control group（n=100）.The patients in research group received insulin pump treatment,and the patients in control group received subcutaneous insulin infection.After treatment of two weeks,the fasting plasma glucose,blood sugar 2 hours after meal and disease control rates of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results：After treatment,the reduced fasting blood glucose,blood sugar 2 hours after meal of the research group were obviously higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The time needed for the same glycemia,the dosage of insulin,and the incidence of hypoglycemia of the research group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The disease control rates of the research group was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The Insulin pump on the treatment of patients with diabetes of blood sugar control was better than that of subcutaneous insulin injections.
