摘　　要： 目的:探讨锡类散与甲硝唑联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:收集我院消化内科近3年共计80例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为2组(n=40),两组基础治疗方法均相同,研究组给予锡类散与甲硝唑联合灌肠,对照组给予锡类散灌肠。比较研究组和对照组治疗前、后疾病活动指数(Disease activity index,DAI)评分;血清C反应蛋白、血红蛋白以及治疗有效率。结果:与对照组比较,研究组Sutherland DAI评分、C反应蛋白、血红蛋白以及总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锡类散与美与甲硝唑联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效更好。 Objective：To investigate the effects of the combination xilei powder and metronidazole used in ulcerative colitis via retention enema.Methods：Eighty cases of ulcerative colitis patients in our hospital in three years were collected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table（n=40）.Foundation treatment methods were the same in both groups,the patients in research group were administrated xilei powder and metronidazole,the patients in the control group were administrated xilei powder.DAI score,serum c-reactive protein and hemoglobin,the effects and adverse reactions were compared.Results：Compared with the control group,DAI score,c-reactive protein and hemoglobin of serum had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xilei powder and metronidazole combination use in ulcerative colitis via retention enema have more effects than xilei powder alone.
