摘　　要： 目的:观察奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊结合枫蓼肠胃康颗粒治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎(Chronic erosive gastritis,CEG)的临床疗效。方法:将76例CEG患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38例。治疗组患者用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊(一次1粒,一日一次)结合枫蓼肠胃康颗粒(一次一袋,一日3次)进行治疗。对照组用奥美拉唑肠溶肠溶胶囊(一次1粒,一日一次)进行治疗。两组患者均连续治疗3w。观察两组临床疗效、治愈时间和人谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶-π(Gluthione-S-transferase-π,GST-π)。结果:治疗组总有效率92.1%,明显高于对照组总有效率76.3%(P<0.05);治疗组治愈时间明显缩短(12.2±3.6dv.s 18.5±1.6d,P<0.05);治疗后治疗组GST-π明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:谷氨酰胺颗粒联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效显著。 Objective：To observe the effect of Fengliaochangweikangkeli combined with omeprazole on chronic erosive gastritis（CEG）.Methods：A total 76 cases of the patient were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,38 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with omeprazole（one grain,once a day）;while the patients in treatment group were treated with omeprazole（one bag at a time,three times a day）combined Fengliaochangweikangkeli.All patients were treated for 3 weeks.The efficacy,healing time and gluthione-S-transferase-π（GST-π）were observed.Results：The efficiency of treatment group was 92.1%,which was more than control group（76.3%,P〈0.05）.The healing time of treatment group was significantly shortened（12.2±3.6 dv.s 18.5±1.6 d,P〈0.05）.The GST-πin treatment group was markedly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Fengliaochangweikangkeli combined with omeprazole on chronic erosive gastritis is remarkable.
