摘　　要： 目的:探讨不同抗凝剂浓度及最佳抗凝剂不同放置时间对血细胞参数的影响。方法:选择2015年12月于我院行健康体检的35例健康成年人的静脉血为研究标本,分别制成抗凝浓度为2.4 mg·mL^(-1)、3.6 mg·mL^(-1)、4.8 mg·mL^(-1)的A、B、C三组血液检测标本。采用全自动血细胞分析仪进行检测,其中B组放置时间延长至15min再次检测。比较三组血细胞参数变化情况,分析不同放置时间血细胞参数。结果:A组、B组、C组以及B组不同放置时间血细胞参数之间均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:EDTA-K2浓度在接近标准浓度时,或放置时间在15min以内,抗凝剂的使用浓度与放置时间对血细胞参数均无明显影响。 Objective：To study the different anticoagulant concentration and anticoagulant effects of different placement time of blood cell parameters.Methods：The venous blood in 35 healthy adults in our hospital for health examination of December 2015 as study samples,were made from the anticoagulant concentration of 2.4 mg mL^（-1）,3.6 mg mL^（-1）,4.8 mg mL^（-1） A,B,C three groups of blood samples.Automatic blood cell analyzer was used to detect the B group,and the time was extended to 15 min.The changes of blood cell parameters were compared between the three groups.Results：A group,B group,C group and B group had no significant difference in blood cell parameters（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：EDTA-K2 concentration towards the standard concentration,or placed in less than 15 min,use of anticoagulant concentration and keeping time on blood cell parameters were not significantly affected.
