摘　　要： 中央苏区时期作为毛泽东党建思想初步形成的重要时期,创造性地丰富和发展了马列主义党建的理论学说和实践经验。毛泽东从中央苏区的实际出发,强调思想建党的重要性和紧迫性,贯彻落实古田会议决议案的会议精神,真正将思想建党的政策措施落到实处。毛泽东对如何改造党的组织建设进行了系统化和制度化探索,弘扬理论联系实际的优良作风,坚持实事求是的思想路线;弘扬密切联系群众的优良作风,真心实意为人民群众谋利益;坚持批评与自我批评的优良作风,克服党内各种错误思想倾向。 As an important period of Mao Zedong＇s party building thought,the Central Soviet Area creatively enriched and developed the theory and practice of Marxist-Leninist party building. Mao Zedong from the reality of the Central Soviet Area,emphasizing the importance and urgency of the Ideological Party building,implement the spirit of the meeting of the Gutian Conference Resolution,the real thinking of the party＇s policies and measures implemented. Mao Zedong made a systematic and systematic exploration on how to reform the party＇s organizational construction,carried forward the fine style of combining theory with practice,and persisted in the ideological line of seeking truth from facts. Carry forward the fine style of close ties with the masses,and sincerely seek the interests of the people. Adhere to the fine style of criticism and self-criticism,overcome all kinds of erroneous ideological tendencies within the party.
