摘　　要： 运用人力资本度量的指标体系,估算云南、贵州、西藏和广东的人力资本存量。构建以科布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础的计量经济模型,定量分析各地区人力资本在经济发展中的作用,得出结论:与经济发达的广东相比,云南、贵州和西藏在经济发展过程中物质资本和人力资本的投资与存量都处于弱势状态;物质资本仍然是影响经济发展最重要的因素;西藏自治区的人力资本对经济影响最为显著。 By using the index system of the stock of human capital in Yunnan Province, measurement of human ca Guizhou Province, Tibet pi A this paper tries to estimate the utonomous Region and Guangdong Province. Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function econometric model, quantitative analysis of the role of human capital in economic development is conducted. Findings show that, compared with the developed areas in Guangdong Province, Yunnan, Guizhou and Tibet are in a weak state in capital, human capital investment and stock in the economic development, material capital is still the most important factor affecting economic development, and that human capital of Tibet has the most significant impact on economy.
