摘　　要： 为了使中国篮球职业联赛稳定、健康和可持续发展,使裁判水平得到进一步提高,适应联赛发展需要,裁判职业化改革势在必行.通过查阅大量资料和对有关专家进行访谈,分析中国篮球职业联赛裁判职业化改革的必要性,提出裁判职业化改革的措施,找到一条适合中国国情的裁判员职业化道路. The professionalism reform of CBA referees is imperative in order to promote the healthy,stable and sustainable development of CBA,further improve refereeing standard and adapt the needs of CBA development.The author analyzes the need for the professionalism reform of CBA referees,puts forward the reform measures and finds a path of the reform which suits China′s reality after consulting large quantities of data and interviewing relevant experts.
