摘 要: 目的:通过实验分析智能手环测量人体能量消耗的准确性,为人们合理地运用智能手环所测得的数据提供参考依据。方法:选取山西师范大学体育学院学生20名。受试者在跑步机上分别以4km/h、6km/h、8km/h的速度进行5min的走、跑运动,同时佩戴华为荣耀畅玩手环A1、小米手环1和Actigraph(GT3X)加速度计用以测量受试者运动时的能量消耗。结果:(1)华为荣耀畅玩手环A1高估了实际总能耗值;小米手环1则低估了实际总能耗值。(2)华为荣耀畅玩手环A1在3种不同速度阶段所测能耗值均比体力活动计测得能耗值高,差异具有显著性,误差率较大;小米手环1在4km/h速度阶段所测能耗值比体力活动计测得能耗值高,而在另外2个阶段比体力活动计测得能耗值低,差异具有显著性,误差率较大。(3)华为荣耀畅玩手环A1与小米手环1所测能耗值与体力活动计所测能耗值相关系数分别为0.596、0.490(P<0.01)。结论:华为荣耀畅玩手环A1与小米手环1这两款智能手环在3种不同速度下均不能准确测量出走、跑运动的能量消耗。 Objective : to analyze the accuracy of the human body's energy consumption by analyzing the intelli- gent bracelet, and to provide references for the reasonable use of the intelligent bracelet. Methods: 20 students of Shanxi Normal University were selected. Subjects on the treadmill were 4km/h, 6kin/h, 8km/h speed 5min walking, running, while wearing Huawei glory bracelet A1, Millet bracelet 1 and Actigraph (GT3X) accelerom- eter to measure the energy consumption of the subject during exercise. Results: ①Huawei glory bracelet A1 o- verestimate the actual total energy consumption value, Millet bracelet 1 underestimated the actual total energy consumption value. ②Huawei eternal ring A1 in three different speed stage measured energy consumption value physical activity measured energy consumption value is higher, the difference is more significant, the error rate is larger. The measured energy consumption at the 4km/h speed stage is higher than that measured by the physical activity meter, and the energy consumption is lower in the other two stages than that measured by the physical ac- tivity meter. The difference is significant; the error rate is large. ③The correlation coefficient between the ener- gy consumption value and the energy consumption measured by the bracelet A1 and the Millet bracelet were 0. 596 and 0. 490 respectively (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : These two smart bracelets Huawei glory bracelet A1 and Millet bracelet 1 can not accurately measure the running and running energy consumption at three different speeds.
