摘 要: 我国废水排放标准的要求日益严格,从电厂经济运行和保护环境的前提出发,实现电厂水资源综合利用优化和废水零排放的意义重大。目前,火电机组普遍存在节水改造成本高、难度大,高含盐废水终端处理经济代价大和废水终端产生的盐类处理问题亟待解决等难题。基于此,针对水资源综合利用优化和废水终端处理提出了改造建议,电厂应在水务管理排查工作的基础上,遵循"清污分离、雨污分离、分类处理、分质回用"的原则开展综合利用优化。在废水终端处理上,电厂应从工程造价、占地面积、技术可行性、运行维护等方面进行充分的比较,确定合适的终端处理工艺。 The wastewater discharge standard in China becomes more and more strict nowadays. Based on the eco- nomical operation of power plants and the environment protection, realizing water comprehensive utilization and wastewater zero discharge of power plants has great significance. Nowadays,the water-saving and zero discharge cost and difficulty are very high, and the disposing of salt producing from high salinity wastewater terminal process is very tough. Based on this,this article proposed some suggestions on water comprehensive utilization and wastewater termi- nal process. The development of water comprehensive utilization should be based on the water management and water balance test, and should follow these principles : " clean-up separation, rain-dirt separation, classified process, recy- cling according to quality". For the wastewater terminal process, power plants should take into consideration various factors, such as project cost, floor space, technical feasibility and operation maintenance, etc.
