摘　　要： 依托循环经济"减量化、再利用、再循环"原则,火力发电厂从项目前期规划、设计优化、招标阶段细化、调试阶段优化、运营阶段精细化调节及管控,实现水资源综合利用目的,降低全厂水耗指标,节约取水成本,创造社会和环保效益。 Based on the circular economy ＂reduction, reuse, recycle＂ principle, from the pre project planning, design, bidding stage refinement and debugging stage optimization, operation stage fine regulation and control of thermal pow- er plant, to achieve the comprehensive utilization of water resources, reduce water consumption index of the whole plant, saving water costs, create social environmental benefits.
