摘 要: 通过对反渗透(Reverse Osmosis,RO)系统运行数据的标准化处理,研究了北京某电厂在基建调试期间,RO系统进水水源由市政自来水改为中水后,RO膜各项关键性能参数的变化。发现使用中水为水源后,RO膜的产水电导率平均提高了41.8%,标准系统脱盐率平均下降了0.15%,标准产水量下降了5%~8%,部分膜组件的标准系统压差上升了7%。通过分析发现,RO系统的不连续运行以及进水水质的恶化是造成RO膜性能参数变差的主要原因。在调试与生产运行过程中,应密切监测水质,及时加大RO膜的清洗频率以维持膜的性能。 During the commissioning period of a power plant in Beijing, the influent water of the reverse osmosis (RO) system has been changed from tap water to reclaimed water. The operation data of the RO system has been standardization,based on that,the changes in the key performance indicators of the RO system have been studied. It founded that when reclaimed water was used as the influent water, RO permeate conductivity increased by 41.8% , RO standard desalination rate decreased by 0.15% on average, standard water production decreased by 5% ~ 8% , standard system pressure drop of partial RO films increased by 7%. It found that the discontinuous operation of RO system and the influent water quality deterioration are the main reasons for the poor performance of RO system. In the commissioning and operation process,it is recommended to closely monitor water quality and increase the RO mem- brane cleaning frequency to maintain membrane performance.
