钒电池电解液电位监测电极的研究

摘  要: 根据钒电池正、负极电解液的组份和特点,对适合该体系的指示电极和参比电极材料进行筛选和制备,并通过电极材料的电化学性能测试,考察电极材料电极电位的变化规律,确定适合正、负极电解液的指示电极和参比电极对,并根据电解液循环管道的情况,设计电位监测电极对的安装方案,为全钒液流电池电解液的电位监测提供方法和手段。结果表明:采用铂(Pt)作为指示电极,银/硫酸银(Ag/Ag2SO4隔膜封装)为参比电极,电极电位稳定,采用三通和法兰的形式成功将电极对安装在了电堆管路中,准确监测了电解液电极电位变化规律。 The suitable material of indicator electrodes and reference electrodes was screened and prepared according to the characteristics of positive and negative electrolyte of vanadium redox now battery. Through the electrochemical performance test of the electrode material, the suitable indicator electrodes and reference electrodes of the positive and negative electrolyte were determined. The installation plan of the potential monitoring electrode was designed ac- cording to the situation of the electrolyte pipe to provide the method of electrolyte potential monitoring of vanadium redox flow battery. The results show that the electrode potential is very stable for using the platinum electrode as the indicator electrode, silver/silver sulfate electrode as the reference electrode. The electrodes are successfully installed in the electrolyte pipe for using the form of tee and flange. This electrode realizes accurate monitoring of the electrode potential of the electrolyte.
