摘　　要： 概述了回转窑的基本功能和回转窑窑内温度、三次风量监测的意义,结合某镍矿项目中无线测量方式(WirelessHART)的实际应用,概述了WirelessHART仪表系统的构成及针对该项目115 m窑体的无线监控方案。实践表明,仪表系统整体运行良好、控制精确、提高了精料的品质,同时还减少了敷设线缆和滞后性带来的不便,增加了生产效益,可在大型生产工厂中推广。 The paper introduces the basic functions of rotary kilns and analyzes the importance of temperature and tertiary air monitoring for rotary kilns. Based on practical application of wireless mode（WirelessHART） in one nickel mine project, the paper analyzes the construction of Wireless HART instrument system and details the wireless monitoring program for the 115 m kiln of the project. Practice has proved that the system runs well on the whole and makes precise control, which improves concentrate quality,eliminates inconveniencies from wiring and cabling, as well as lag, and increases productivity benefits.Therefore,WirlessHART instrument system can be widely applied in large plants.
