摘 要: 为降低生产成本,山钢股份莱芜分公司特钢事业部进行了热态精炼渣循环利用试验,循环利用两次,精炼出钢后将精炼渣扒出1/2至电炉钢包中,热渣回炉炉次电炉出钢过程低碳钢加300 kg石灰,不加调渣剂;中高碳钢加150 kg石灰,150 kg调渣剂,其他精炼工艺不变,试验的生产过程平稳顺行,节奏允许。分析表明,热渣回炉炉次精炼渣样成分、碱度等性能满足钢种质量要求,能够保证精炼钢水的脱硫要求,吨钢可降低成本10.65元。 In order to reduce the production cost, the experiment on the recycling of hot refining slag has been carried out in the special steel division of L.aiwu branch. Recycling twice, the slag after refining the steel will be pulled out 1/2 to furnace refining slag ladle, 300 kg lime without slag agent was added to the hot slag heat during tapping process for lower carbon steel. 150 kg lime and 150 kg slag were added for the medium and high carbon steel, refining process is unchanged for other steels. The test production process smoothly and smoothly, it can conform to the production rhythm. The analysis shows that the properties of the secondary refining slag and the alkalinity of the furnace are satisfied with the quality of the steel, which can ensure the desulphurization of the refined steel water, and the 10.65 Yuan cost per ton can be reduced.
