摘　　要： 针对钢铁企业大宗原材料质量管理中所遇到的系统性问题,重点从建立高效流程、规范操作规程、完善监督措施、保证样品安全以及提升职业道德素质等方面建立一套行之有效的管理模式,使整个原材料检验过程高效、准确。 In view of systemic problems existing in quality management for bulk raw materials in large iron and steel enterprise, emphasis measures were taken. They are establishing effective procedures, conforming to standard operation procedures, improving the supervision, ensuring the safety of the samples and improving vocational moral quality, etc. An effective management model was established and that makes the raw material inspection process efficient and accurate.
