外源NO对百合小鳞茎萌发和内源激素含量调控研究初探

摘  要: 【目的】拟探究外源NO对西伯利亚百合小鳞茎萌发的影响和对内源激素含量的调节。【方法】分别用0、1、5、10、20 mmol/L SNP 5种不同浓度的外源NO供体溶液及0.5 mmol/L NO清除剂处理百合鳞片生小鳞茎,种植30 d后统计测定。【结果】外源NO对百合小鳞茎萌发生长存在影响,10 mmol/L SNP溶液处理最为明显,百合小鳞茎发芽率、芽长、球重、根长普遍高于对照和其他处理;高浓度外源NO(20 mmol/L)、低浓度外源NO(1 mmol/L)和抑制NO三种处理均对百合小鳞茎萌发生长存在抑制作用;百合小鳞茎萌发生长过程中鳞茎内ABA含量呈下降趋势,GA和IAA含量呈上升趋势,且变化趋势较对照明显。【结论】适宜浓度外源NO对百合小鳞茎萌发具有促进作用。 [Purpose] Our aim was to study the effect of exogenous NO to the germination and the regulation of endogenous hormone contents in Siberia Lily. [ Method ] We used 5 different concentra- tion gradients exogenous NO donor solutions, including 0, 1, 5, 10, 20 mmol/L, and 0. 5 mmol/L NO scavenger to treat the small lily bulbs for 30 days. [ Results ] NO had influence on the germination and growth of lily bulbs, 10 mmol/L SNP solution was the most obvious one that the germination rate, bud length, root length and bulbs weight of the lily bulbs were generally higher than those of the con- trol and other treatments; high concentration NO (20 mmol/L), low concentration NO (1 mmoL/L) and the inhibition of NO treatments inhibited the germination and growth of lily bulblet. We found that ABA content decreased, while GA and IAA contents showed an obvious increasing trend during the germination and growth process of lily bulblet compared with CK. F Conclusionl The results showedthat it can be concluded that the appropriate concentration of exogenous NO can promote the germina- tion of lily bulb, and exogenous NO has a promoting effect on the germination of lily bulbs.
