摘 要: 【目的】筛选出适合云南地区种植的紫甘薯新品种,并扩大紫甘薯的种质资源。【方法】2015年,以‘山川紫’为对照,在云南省建水、德宏、东川、临沧、文山5个地区进行紫甘薯新品系区域试验。对7个滇紫甘薯新品系的生长表现进行比较,同时对其块根花色苷含量进行了差异性分析。【结果】参试的7个紫甘薯新品系在生长表现上均优于对照;花色苷含量也都高于对照。其中,‘滇紫甘薯54’的蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量和花色苷含量最高,‘滇紫甘薯92’的大中薯率和产量最高。【结论】本次选育的7个滇紫甘薯新品系均适宜在云南部分地区推广种植。其中‘滇紫甘薯54’适合用于生产加工,‘滇紫甘薯92’适合粮饲兼用。 [ Purpose] Our aim was to screen new purple sweet potato variety with adaptability for ex- tended cultivation in Yunnan. [ Method ] In 2015, new purple sweet potato lines were conducted to regional trial, the five regional trial sites of Jianshui, Dehong, Dongchuan, Lincang, Wenshan were included in Yunan Province. By using ' Shanchuanzi' as the control and we compared the 7 new lines on growth performance, at the same time, the content of anthocyanins was analyzed. [ Result ] The growth performance of the 7 new purple sweet potato lines was better than the control group and their anthocyanin contents were also higher than the control. [ Conclusion ] Therefore, these new lines were fit for spreading its Planting acreage in some areas of Yunnan Province. The ' Dianziganshu-54' was suitable for production and processing for the maximun ammount of protein, soluble sugar and content of anthocyanin. With the highest rate of large or middle sized potato maximum and the largest produc- tion, ' Dianziganshu-92' was suitable for grain and feed purpose.
