摘　　要： 由于焦炉煤气为原料生产甲醇时氢碳比低,需生产水煤气进行补碳,通过对固定床造气炉使用小块冶金焦、无烟块煤及半焦原料生产的补碳水煤气有效气体成分、生产成本情况进行对比,总结出山西某甲醇厂使用小块冶金焦作为补碳原料制气是较为经济合理的选择。 The methanol produced by coke oven gas has low hydrogen-carbon ratio,which requires water gas to supple carbon.Through comparison of effective gas and the production cost of water gas in carbon supplement produced by small metallurgical coke,anthracite and semi-coke in fixed bed gasifier,it is summed up that small metallurgical coke used as carbon supplement and gasification in a Shanxi methanol plant is a economical and reasonable selection.
