摘　　要： 中国特色新型智库的提出使得我国智库发展进入了新阶段,对智库参与人员、机构设置与运行环境进行研究,指出中国特色新型智库通过为政府部门提供专业性较强的参考咨询服务而参与其工作的开展,并采取一定的效益评价手段对自身的工作进行评价,进一步保障自身的运行与发展。 New Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics mainlyconsisted of three aspects：the characteristics of new think tanks in the tank,institutional settings,and the operating environment.The think tank participates in its work by providing professional consulting service for government sectors,and take cetain benefit evaluation methods to guarante the operation of themselves.
