摘　　要： 文献资源的流通阅览是高校图书馆文献信息服务的一项基础工作,阐述了某高校图书馆流通阅览岗位实施岗位聘任的绩效考核实施过程,分析了流通阅览部的岗位设置、岗位待遇、岗位绩效考核及其实施过程中存在的问题。 The circulation and reading of literature resources is an elementary task of literature information service in university libraries. This paper elaborates the implementation process of performance evaluation of position appointment at the circulating and reading department of Guangxi University Library. It also analyzes the position setting, position compensation, position performance evaluation of the circulating and reading department and the problems of the implementation.
