摘 要: 对木质纤维原料进行预处理是生产微生物油脂的关键.本试验以最常见的农田废弃物玉米穗轴为原料,对半纤维素水解条件和水解液脱毒方法的选择进行了探究.结果发现,121℃、0.1 MPa、料液比为1∶10、硫酸质量分数为0.7%、处理时间为2 h的条件下稀酸预处理玉米穗轴粉,水解液中还原糖含量最高可达49.68 g/L.经发酵实验证实,采用Ca(OH)2中和后,联合活性炭吸和还原剂进一步脱毒处理上述水解液,水解液中发酵抑制剂的去除效果最好,获得了长枝木霉液体培养油脂产量达到3.188 g/L,具有一定的应用前景. One key point affect microbial oil production is the pre-treatment of lignocellulosic. This study used the most common farm waste——corn cob as raw materials,focused on the hydrolysis conditions of hemicellulose and detoxification method of hydrolysate. Result shows that the reducing-sugar in hydrolysate reached 49. 68 g/L,when pre-treated the raw materials under 121 ℃ and 0. 1MPa for 2 h with solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 10 and 0. 7% H_2SO_4.According to the outcomes of fermentation using detoxicated hydrolysate,which was neutralized with Ca(OH)_2 and absorbed with active carbon,Trichoderma longibrachiatum had an oil production of 3. 188 g/L. This study has potential application prospect.
