强烈动压托顶煤巷道支护技术研究

摘  要: 阳煤二矿15号煤强烈动压托顶煤巷道支护难度大,针对阳煤二矿81007回风巷围岩工程环境特征,分析了巷道变形破坏因素,确定了煤柱合理尺寸20m,提出了采用高预应力强力支护系统控制巷道变形,确定了具体支护方案和参数,并进行了工业性试验,试验结果表明,文中提出的设计方案能够有效地保证工作面正常回采,满足生产需求。 It is difficult to support No.15 coal mine strong dynamic pressure top coal roadway in second coal mine of Yangquan Coal Industry.As to the environmental characteristics of surrounding rock engineering in 81007 air return roadway,the factors of roadway deformation was analyzed,and the reasonable size of the coal pillar was 20 m.The high prestress and intensive supporting system of was proposed to control roadway deformation.The specific supporting scheme and parameters were determined,and industrial test was carried out.The test results show that the proposed design scheme can effectively ensure the normal mining in working face and meet production needs.
