摘　　要： 目的 了解江西省18岁以上流动人口代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)流行现况。方法 在全省5个县(区)按行业分层多阶段整群抽样方法 ,选取18岁及以上流动人口作为样本,分析其MS的患病情况。结果 江西省≥18岁流动人口MS患病率为8.85%(第五次全国人口标化率10.03%,第六次全国人口标化率10.65%),95%的可信区间为7.41%-10.29%;其中,男性为10.82%,女性为6.36%,城市为8.70%,农村为8.95%。MS患病率有随年龄增大而上升的趋势;且男性高于女性(χ2=9.052,P=0.003)。MS人群中,超重肥胖和血脂紊乱者占主要。MS 4种组分的检出率不一,血脂紊乱最高(31.54%),其次是超重肥胖(24.06%)。结论 我省流动人口MS患病率较常住居民低,超重肥胖、血脂紊乱聚集严重。 Objective To understand the epidemic status of metabolic syndrome（MS） in floating population aged 18 years and above of Jiangxi Province. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method by different trades was carried out,floating population aged 18 years and above from five counties（districts） of Jiangxi province were selected and analyzed the prevalence of MS.Results The prevalence of MS in floating population of Jiangxi Province aged 18 years and above was 8.85%（the standardized rate by the fifth national population was 10.03% and by the sixth national population was 10.65%）. The confidence interval of 95% for the prevalence of MS were from 7.41% to 10.29%. The prevalence in men was 10.82%,in women was 6.36%,in city was 8.70%and in country was 8.95%. There was a growing trend with increasing age,and the prevalence in men was higher than women（χ2=9.052,P =0.003）. Among the group of MS,overweight,obesity and dyslipidemia crowd were predominately. The detection rates of four components of MS were different,detection rate of dyslipidemia was highest（up to 31.54%）,the second was overweight and obesity（up to 24.06%）. Conclusion The prevalence of MS in floating population of Jiangxi Province was lower than in inhabitant,overweight,obesity and dyslipidemia were seriously gathered.
