摘　　要： 中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)是我国重要的水产养殖品种之一,近些年对其遗传育种方面的研究较多,主要从生物学特性、种质资源、选择育种、杂交育种、转基因育种和性状改良6个方面进行.现对其进行总结并提出中华鳖育种未来的发展方向和亟待解决的问题,为进一步深入开展中华鳖遗传育种研究提供参考. The soft-shelled turtle （Pelodiscus sinensis） is one of the most important aquaculture species in China.In recent years, more and more studies have been conducted on genetics and breeding of the soft-shelled turtle.The majority of the studies on breeding of the soft-shelled turtle is from the aspects of biological characteristics, germplasm resources, selective breeding, hybridization breeding, transgenic breeding and trait improvement.This article summarizes the recent status and research advances of this topic, points out some issues to be urgently addressed, and proposes some research areas for the future study.This work should serve as useful information for the further investigation of soft-shelled turtle genetics and breeding.
