摘 要: 目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)用于鱼鳔补肾丸(水蜜丸)中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定.方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长为330 nm.结果:松果菊苷进样量在0.491~7.861μg范围内,毛蕊花糖苷进样量在0.260~4.155μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9999);松果菊苷平均加样回收率为99.5%(RSD为1.3%,n=9),毛蕊花糖苷平均加样回收率97.2%(RSD为1.9%,n=9).结论:该法简便,准确,可用于鱼鳔补肾丸(水蜜丸)的质量控制. Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of echinacoside and verbascoside in Yubiao Bushen Pills( water-honeyed pills) using high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Methods: The analyses were performed on a Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution of methanol and water at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm. Results: The calibration curves of echinacoside and verbascoside showed good linearity( r = 0. 9999) within the range of 0. 491 ~7. 861 μg and 0. 260 ~ 4. 155 μg,respectively. The average recoveries of echinacoside and verbascoside were99. 5%( RSD = 1. 3%,n = 9) and 97. 2%( RSD = 1. 3%,n = 9). Conclusion: The method was simple and accurate for quality control of Yubiao Bushen Pills( water-honeyed pills).
