摘 要: 采用碱性硫化钠浸出—无隔膜电积的方法回收含锑金精矿中的锑,在小型试验基础上根据生产场地的实际情况进行了工业实践。通过对电积过程工艺参数优化,锑综合浸出率为96.72%,回收阴极锑纯度96.36%,贫液含锑5.54g/L,综合电流效率63.84%,吨锑氢氧化钠消耗量617.2kg。 Antimony in antimony-bearing gold concentrates was recovered by alkaline sodium sulphide leaching, and segregation-free electrodeposition. Based on small-scale experiment, industrial practice was carried out according to actual conditions of production site. After optimization of process parameters of electrodeposition, comprehensive leaching rate of antimony is 96. 72%, purity of cathode antimony is 96.36%, antimony concentration in barren liquor is 5. 54 g/L, comprehensive current efficiency is 63.84%, and NaOH consumption for one ton antimony is 617.2 kg.
