碳税约束下基于回购与低碳补贴策略的供应链优化决策

摘  要: 针对季末剩余和废旧品两类产品,建立了碳税约束下的供应链基本决策模型;对季末剩余产品,研究了基于回购契约的供应链优化决策;对废旧产品,考虑回收和技术更新改造两类低碳补贴情形,探讨了面向低碳的最优订购策略;最后,建立了回购与补贴政策联合时的供应链决策模型。研究表明:碳税可以起到降低碳排放的作用,但对某些利润空间较小的行业,仅依靠碳税政策可能导致效益降低而使企业发展困难。因此,将季末回购和废旧品回收、技术革新补贴策略相结合的供应链低碳策略,可以实现减排和经济利益的双重目标。 Considering two kinds of the products, the one is the end of the season unsold, the other is old one, the paper an- alyzes the basic decision model of supply chain under carbon tax circumstances. Then, for the end of the season unsold products, the paper builts a buyback contract model between manufacturer and retailer to optimize the wholesale price and buyback fee by the optimal buyback rate. For the old products, considering the subsidies policies of the used recycling and technology upgrading, the paper explores optimized order strategy. Finally combined buyback and subsidies policy, the optimal decision of supply chain are discussed. The results show that the only carbon tax policy may play a role in reducing carbon emissions, but for some industry which the profit margins are small, it may decrease the benefit of company. As a result, the combined strategy of buyback contract and subsidy policy will realize the both objectives of carbon emission reduction and economic benefits.
