摘 要: 构建了基于混合单位能源投入产出表综合考虑经济、能源和环境的非线性多目标产业结构优化模型。采用MOPSO算法,使用Python软件对模型进行编程求解,对经济增长在低于6.5%、6.5%~7%、7%~8%三个不同区间范围内的多目标和单目标优化结果进行了比较;对不同增速区间下的多目标优化结果进行了比较。结果表明:多目标比单目标优化结果更符合我国新常态发展要求。 An optimization model of nonlinear muhi-objective considering economic, energy and environment is constructed based on a hybrid unit energy input-output table. This paper uses MOPSO algorithm and Python software to solve the model. Then the optimization results are analyzed from the following two aspects: It compares single objective optimization and multi-objective optimization between the three different ranges of economic growth. It compares the multi-objective optimiza- tion results between the different ranges of the economic growth. The results show that the multi-objective optimization resuits are more compatible for China.
