摘　　要： 中国是中华现代国家的通用称谓,这是和中国的中华民族特征、中华民族的中国国家属性直接联系的。中国、中国人、中华人民的意涵均统一于国家属性的中华民族共同体之中。国家建设时期中华民族的国家属性与地位成为"问题"的实质,在于对国内人民关系认识上的误区与社会利益结构的非均衡。纵向的历史观与横向的世界观是准确把握中华民族的属性和地位的基本视角。以民主与法治建设为主轴的国家治理体系与治理能力的现代化,是打通中国人、中华人民、中华民族大家庭成员间区隔以及实现中华民族伟大复兴的制度要义与战略基石。 ＂China＂ is a common name for modern Chinese nation, which is directly related to the Chinese national characteristics of China and national attributes of the Chinese nation as a country. The connotations of ＂China＂ , ＂the Chinese people＂ and ＂the people of the Chinese nation＂ are unified in the community of the Chinese nation as a country. In the period of nation building, the national attributes and status of the Chinese nation have been the essence of the ＂problem＂ , the reason for which lies in misunderstanding of the domestic relationship among the people as well as the imbalance in the social interest structure. The vertical historical view and horizontal world view are two basic perspectives of accurately grasping the attributes and status of the Chinese nation. The national governance system emphasizing the construction of democracy and legal system and the modernized governance capacity are the systematic essence and strategic cornerstone of breaking through the barriers between the Chinese people, the people of the Chinese nation and the members in the big family of the Chinese nation and realizing great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
