摘 要: 文章以桑蚕业废弃资源蚕沙为原料,通过蚕沙基本成分测定确定最佳种龄蚕沙,再通过炭化活化两步法制备得到蚕沙基生物多孔炭。结果表明,2龄蚕沙更适合作为多孔炭原料,由SEM和ASAP表征结果可知,经碳化活化后,在ACSM表面形成蜂窝状的介孔,且出现类石墨化结构。表面积由原来不到10 m2/g提升到1174.5 m2/g,且含有丰富的微中孔,微孔率达51.8%,说明有蚕沙制备得到的多孔炭具有较好的形貌和比表面积。这不仅解决了蚕沙堆积对环境造成的污染问题,还促进了蚕区的经济发展,同时也对生物质多孔炭的制备提供一个新的途径。 In this paper, the optimal age of silkworm was determined by the basic components of silkworm excrement,and then the porous carbon was prepared by carbonization activation.The results showed that the age of 2 silkworm excrement is more suitable for materials.After carbonization activation,the result of SEM and ASAP shows that ACSM possessed a hierarchical micro/mesoporous structure.Its BET surface areas is increased from 10m^2/g tol174.5m^2/g.Silkworm excrement-based porous carbon contains rich of microporous,with a rate of 51.8%.Which indicates that silkworm excrement-based porous carbon has a better appearance and BET surface area.This method,not only solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of silkworm excrement,but also promotes the economic development of silkworm area,and provides a new way for the preparation ofbiomass porous carbon.
