摘　　要： 推动高校职业指导工作的开展,有利于实现大学生的职业生涯发展;提高用人单位招聘效果。以"广东财经大学职业指导工作开展情况"的调查结果为依据,分析财经类高校职业指导工作开展中存在的主要问题,文章提出职业指导的"双联结";加强硬件设施配备;制度保障;搭建高校职业指导工作平台,推动"全员化"的职业指导模式;利用互联网;利用现代训练技术和手段等推动措施。 Push forward Vocational guidance in Finance Colleges and Universities can help developing College Students＇ occupation career and improving the recruitment effect.Based on the ＂Investigation of Guangdong University of Finance and Economic of how to carry out occupation guidance＂,analysing the main problems existed,put forward the measure of ＂double connection＂ occupation guidance;strengthen the hardware facilities;institutionalization;building the university occupation guidance platform;promoting the ＂whole staff＇system;the using of Intemet;the using of modem technology and means.
