摘 要: 处于新时期的中国社会,面临着新的任务和挑战。民族乡村教育也一样,农村的经济结构和社会结构都处于转型期,大量中青年劳动力常年外出,导致农村形成大量的二次"留守儿童"这一类群体,他们的教育问题面临着新的挑战。笔者以钟山县两安瑶族乡为调查对象,通过分析瑶乡留守儿童群体形成原因,群体结构特点,形成教育危机原因,不完整的教育过程对孩子身心和顺利社会化的危害等。在问题分析的基础上,提出要解决瑶乡留守儿童的问题,要立足于瑶乡现有的社会、经济和教育政策基本的条件,从民族政策层面、教育资源分配方式、实现社区化教育和家校合作教育,通过政府主导发展民族乡村经济,吸引外出务工人员返乡创业就业等途径解决留守儿童的现实性问题。 In the new era of Chinese society, faced with new tasks and challenges.Ethnic and rural education is the same,the rural economic structure and social structure are in transition,a large number of young and middle-aged workers go out all year round,leading to the formation of a large number of rural "left-behind children" group,their education problems are facing new challenges.The author analyzes the causes of the group of children left behind in Yao Township,the characteristics of the group structure,the causes of the education crisis,the harm of the incomplete educational process to the child's physical and mental and smooth socialization.On the basis of the analysis of the problem, it is put forward to solve the problem of left-behind children in Yaoxiang,based on the basic conditions of the existing social,economic and educational policies of Yaoxiang,from the level of ethnic policy, the allocation of educational resources, the realization of community education and Home school co-education,through the government-led development of national and rural economy, to attract migrant workers to return home employment and other ways to solve the reality of left-behind children.
