摘　　要： 动态的竞争环境下,企业应具有技术创新动态能力才能更好的增强企业竞争力。知识内化是提升企业技术创新动态能力的手段,企业应建立树立创新观念、加大研发投入、整合技术创新资源、实现知识内化、企业技术创新能力内化的提升企业技术创新动态能力的路径,为此企业可以采取激励员工创新、建立学习型组织、加强产学研融合的措施,政府可以完善相关制度,提供保障支持。 Dynamic competitive environment, enterprises should have the dynamic ability of technological innovation in order to better enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Knowledge internalization is the means to enhance the dynamic capability of enterprise technological innovation.Enterprises should establish a path to enhance the dynamic capability of technological innovation in enterprises to establish innovative ideas,increase R ＆ D investment, integrate technological innovation resources,realize internalization of knowledge and enterprise technological innovation ability,this enterprise can take incentives to staff innovation,the establishment of learning organizations,strengthen the integration of production and research measures,the Government can improve the relevant system to provide support for support.
