摘　　要： 随着中国"一带一路"战略的深入实施,与东盟国家的国际开放合作越来越紧密,广西积极构建与东盟交往的经贸合作通道,在这通道上口岸与相应的产业园区是重要的网络节点,为了推进南宁—崇左—凭祥经济带建设,加快广西与东盟经济贸易快速发展,广西崇左市采取"前岸后园"的发展战略,为了战略顺利实施,立足和利用各边境口岸,加快电子口岸建设,推进通关便利化,完善口岸物流交通体系,建设各类服务口岸的物流园区,发挥口岸物流园区的聚集、分散、流通加工、配送、信息汇总的功能,不断创新物流园区服务,是这一战略成功的物流保证。 With the deepening implementation of China＇s ＂the Belt and Road Initiatives＂ strategy, the international cooperation and cooperation with the ASEAN countries are becoming more and more close.Guangxi actively constructs economic and trade cooperation channels with ASEAN,and the ports and the industrial parks are important network nodes.In order to promote the construction of Nanning-Chongzuo-Pingxiang economic zone,to speed up the rapid development of economic trade in Guangxi and ASEAN,Guangxi Chongzuo City to take the ＂Front port After the logistics park＂ development strategy for the smooth implementation of the strategy, based on and use of border ports,Speed up the construction of electronic ports,promote customs clearance,improve the port logistics and transport system, the construction of various types of service port logistics park,play port logistics park aggregation,decentralized, circulation processing,distribution,information summary function,innovative logistics park services,ls the success of this strategic logistics guarantee.
