摘　　要： 住院医师规范化培训是国家医疗改革的重要举措,风湿免疫科作为规培的必轮科室,专科性较强、发病机制复杂、临床表现多样,日常教学中篇幅较少,绝大多数参加规范化培训的住院医师对于对风湿病知识的理解和掌握常常存在困难。怎样在轮转时间较短的时间内,快速提高轮转医师掌握风湿病的能力,好的教学培训方法至关重要。 Resident standardization training is the important measure of national health care reform,as a rule,li rheumatism lead of the department will be round,ZhuanKeXing is stronger,the pathogenesis of complex and diverse clinical manifcstations,less space in daily teaching,the vast majority of standardized training of resident to rheumatism understanding and mastering of knowledge is otlen difficult.How to improve the ability of rotary doctors to master rheumatism in a short period of time,and good teaching methods are of great importance.
