摘　　要： 股骨粗隆间骨折多见老年人,近年来发病率逐年上升。其保守治疗时间过长,并发症较多,病死率高;因此,现在临床上多选择手术治疗,以缩短卧床时间,并降低并发症发生率及病死率,有助于早期功能锻炼,恢复肢体功能,提高生活质量。文章就近年来对老年人股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗进展论述。 Intertrochanteric fractures are common in the elderly, and the incidence was increased year by year.The time of conservative treatment is going to more complications and high mortality ratetherefore,in order to shorten the time and reduce the incidence of complications and mortality, contribute to early functional exercise and recovery of limb function and improve the quality of life,most of the clinical choices are surgical treatment now.This article is aim at the recent progress in surgical treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.
