摘　　要： 目的:观察穴位埋线治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:将60例腰肌劳损患者随机分为治疗疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组以肾俞(双)、大肠俞(双)、阿是穴等进行穴位埋线,每周一次;对照组外贴复方南星止痛膏,选局部压痛处,每次24小时,隔日1次。两组均3周为1疗程,治疗两个疗程后评定具体疗效,并在停止治疗满3个月后随访其远期疗效。采用症候积分进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组治疗前后的腰部证候积分与对照组相比,差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),穴位埋线组的近期疗效和远期疗效与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:穴位埋线治疗该病的近期及远期疗效均优于对照组,且结果表明穴位埋线具有治疗次数少、疗效稳定持久的特点。 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of lumbar muscle strain treated by staging acupoint catgut embedment therapy. Methods：60 cases of lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups,with 30 cases in each one.The treatment group was treated by staging acupoint catgut embedment therapy on Shenshu,Dachangshu,Ashixue once a week.The control group was treated with Fufangnanxing piaster stick to the pain spot for 24 hours,qod.Both groups were given one course of treatment for 3 weeks,and the treatment was evaluated after two sessions,and they were followed for three months after the treatment was completed.The effect evaluation was performed by the syndrome integral.Results：The treatment group before and after treatment compared with control group,the waist of the syndrome integral has very significant difference （P〈0.01）,the recent efficacy of acupuncture point bury quad and forward curative effect compared with control group,the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05,P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：The staging acupoint embedment therapy treatment of the disease in the near future and the forward curative effect is superior to control group,and the results showed that staging acupoint embedment therapy has the characteristics of less,stable curative effect lasting.
