摘　　要： 视频喉镜的应用使临床气道管理方法发生了明显变化,并被视为气管插管技术的革命性进步。目前视频喉镜在手术室内外气道管理中的应用已获得普及,并已被作为困难气道处理的主要工具以及直接喉镜气管插管困难或失败后的救援工具。与直接喉镜比较,困难气道患者使用视频喉镜可改善喉显露视野,并可提高气管插管成功率;再者,视频喉镜亦可通过促进气管插管学习、教学及提高气管插管成功率,从而潜在提高患者的安全性。虽然视频喉镜能够提供良好的喉显露,但是气管导管的插入和推送偶尔可发生失败,并可出现与视频喉镜应用相关的气道损伤。 The introduction of videolaryngoscopy has resulted in a dramatic transformation of clinical airway management and is regarded as a revolutionary？ advancement in intubation technology. Currently, videolaryngoscopy has been poputarly used for airway management in both inside and outside the operating room, and has become a main tool of difficult airway management and a rescue tool for difficult or failed intubation with direct laryngoscopy. Compared with direct laryngoscopy, videolaryngoscopy can improve the laryngeal view and increase the success rate of tracheal intubation in patients with difficult airway. Furthermore, videolaryngoscopy can improve the safety of patients by promoting tracheal intubation learning,teaching and increasing the success rate of tracheal intubation. Videolaryngoscopy can provide a good laryngeal view, but insertion and advaneement of the tracheal tube may occasionally fail, and airway damages associated with videolaryngoscopy can occur.
