摘　　要： 更年期综合征患者在逐年增多,严重影响她们的身体健康及生活质量。黑升麻提取物为治疗该疾病的代表药物,值得深入研究开发。本文对黑升麻提取物治疗更年期综合征的药理作用、临床应用及有效性、不良反应及安全性、市场销售及上市竞争品种的情况进行综述。 The number of patients with menopausal syndrome has been increased year by year, which has seriously affected their health and quality of life. Black cohosh extract, as a representative drug for the treatment of this disease, is worthy to be further studied and developed. The pharmacological effects, clinical application and efficacy, adverse reactions and safety and market sales of black cohosh extract and its listed competitive varieties are reviewed.
