摘 要: 辅助性T细胞17(Th17)和调节性T细胞(Treg)是近年来发现的新型CD_4^+T淋巴细胞亚群,机体功能异常时,常表现出Th17/Treg细胞免疫失衡,进而导致炎症反应、自身免疫性疾病的发生与发展。成功妊娠直至分娩包括胚胎着床、母-胎界面耐受维持等一系列复杂的生理过程,其依赖于母体精细的免疫调控,如免疫调控出现问题,就会导致妊娠相关疾病。Th17/Treg细胞的免疫失衡与习惯性流产、先兆流产、早产、弓形虫感染所致的不良妊娠以及子痫前期有关。 T helper 17 cells(Thl7) and regulatory T cells(Treg) are identified as a new kind of CD4+ helper T lymphocyte subsets in recent years,which play a key role in promoting immune response. They are important compositions for sustaining the normal immune function of human body. Dysfunction of the body often show Th17/Treg immune imbalance, which can cause inflammatory reaction and autoimmune diseases. Successful pregnancy until delivery includes embryo implantation, maternal-fetal tolerance maintenance and a series of complex physiological processes, which depends on the fine regulation of maternal immune, therefore immune regulation problems will lead to pregnancy related diseases. Th17/ Treg immune imbalance have closely relationship with habitual abortion, threatened abortion, premature birth, toxoplasma infectionand preeclampsia.
