摘　　要： 归侨侨眷是海南建设国际旅游岛和国家"一带一路"建设的重要侨力资源。为了更好地掌握海南归国难侨的侨情新特点,了解其社会文化需求,发挥其在国家"一带一路"战略和海南国际旅游岛建设中的重要作用,指出应结合华侨农场现状和已有难侨安置政策,研究归国难侨通婚、受教育、语言生活、聚居形态、心理认同等社会文化适应问题,避免"被边缘化",增加其国家、地域、身份认同和文化自信。 Overseas Chinese is an important overseas resource in the construction of international tourism island and the country ＂The Belt and Road＂.In order to know well the new features of Hainan returned overseas refugeesand their social and cultural needs,and let them play an important role in the construction of The Belt and Road and Hainan international tourism island,we should consider the current situation of overseas Chinese farms and the existing policy of returned overseas refugees resettlement,and research their intermarriage,education,language life,settlement patterns,and psychological identity.In order to escape being marginalized,the overseas Chinese returnees ought to strengthen their cultural self-confidence and identities in nation and region.
